At Noble & North, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been used, opened (when hygiene or safety is a concern), or damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
