Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
From time to time, Noble & North may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Noble & North is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order and provide updates whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
